First of all it's obvious she really knows what she's doing and that she's a very serious and intelligent woman and knows things need to be done right. She is extremely thorough and professional about her work. Don't try to do this immigration process by yourself, I did and my mistakes made the process take many more months than it needed. Van had to straighten up my mistakes and put the process in the correct direction. Yes, it's a bit of money but it's that "you get what you pay for" saying which is so true here.
