Being represented by Tracy and her colleagues was a blessing. Their team was professional and caring during my hardship. As with any legal matter things aren’t always transparent but Tracy managed to overcome any obstacle. Tracy is a brilliant lawyer and not only but my family are grateful to be represented by this wonderful staff. Tracy made me feel optimistic from the consultation until my case was completed. The clear advantage I had was having Tracy as my legal counsel. Tracy was compassionate and caring while making sure I was aware of the details of the case every step of the way.

There's no sense of urgency from this attorney. In my experience, she'll use numerous excuses for not performing time-sensitive tasks in a speedy manner.

There's not enough space to include the details, but Tracy is not equipped for representing a difficult divorce that was really not so difficult. She was not capable of fighting for my needs, instead she caved into what the attorney requested who was representing my ex husband within a matter of minutes (literally in less than 5min). In addition, I had to coach her on what to say and do when we were in front of the judge. I wasted $4000 retaining her just to lose my case without a fight. Thanks to her, I received $300 per month (total) in child support for 3 teenagers from someone who has millions. Do not recommend.

Thanks to Tracy, I was able to secure the financial and health care benefits for my disabled son. We ended up doing all of the legal work due to opposing counsel being highly incompetent.

I recently retained Tracy Miller to represent me in my divorce. She was very professional and knowledgeable in the subject. If there was something I didn’t understand she took the time to explain it to me so I understood what was happening in every step of the process. I have a child with special needs so most of the time I couldn’t sit down and take a look at documents that were sent to me by e-mail until late in the evening after my child was settled in. If I had a question with the documents I would send an e-mail not expecting to receive a response until the next day. To my surprise I would usually receive a response the same night or if it was a Friday evening I would receive a response over the weekend. This was a tremendous help for me and I truly appreciated the extra mile she took to accommodate me. My case also involved an out of state real estate property. Tracy wasn’t familiar with the laws of that state, but she went the extra mile to research the laws and reach out to the correct people and get things wrapped up with my property. I would highly recommend Tracy Miller.
