Jayson and his team represented me through two re-evaluation of child support proceedings over the past six years. I highly recommend Jayson for any divorce/settlement cases. His personal and caring approach gave me the confidence that he had my and my children's best interests at heart. Everything she knew about my case weeks before I would find out less then a week. Single good hearted man just wanted help she actually made it worst. And oh boy don’t pay til end because she forget about you and every time I meet her at court we literally spent the whole time going over my case like the first time we meet. Totally lost every thing.

The wisdom beyond that of an attorney is amazing, you definitely get what you pay for. He unlike other attorneys I've dealt with has the children's experience through the divorce process at heart, he certainly isn't the one attempting to create the arguments that cause a prolonged experience resulting in additional expenses, no divorce is inexpensive but the long term result was not unfavorable to either side. I have and will continue to recommend Jayson to anyone wanting to preserve there sanity through a very stressful process.

I was dealing with a very difficult inter state custody battle without representation for about 1.5 years prior to finding Angela Furman.. When the threats of court and other harassments from my ex wouldn't stop, I decided I needed to invest in a lawyer to help represent me. When I couldn't find a suitable /reasonable attorney, you know the ones that advertise and have pictures everywhere, I came across Angela's info which was a simple, name and phone number. No flashy info, simple. So I took a leap of Faith and reached out to Ms Furman. During my consultation, she left me with some Gems of encouragement and after 1.5 years of fighting this alone, I finally felt like someone heard me and was willing to fight the legal battle with me.. Because of the mess I made by not having a lawyer and handling things emotionally, it was a little hard for us to get started.. I felt a little discouraged at times because Furman didn't understand Who she was getting ready to deal with like I did so she had to untangle a lot of things and take time really study the history before she could get a good grounding on how to approach my case. However, Once she got a real good understanding of the depth of my case, she was all over it and did not give up, nor did she allow me to get discouraged. She always gave me advice on how to handle specific situations when I panicked or became consumed with emotions, and helped me become more mentally strong as we went through the process and to focus only on the End game. and She was soo correct,. If you have ever been in Family court, you may know how tough it is and how it involves so many complex layers that the Judges don't understand, so to have someone that was willing to really take the time to understand how "we got here" and be able to effectively communicate that with the court was helpful and put me at ease. It wasn't easy at first, but having patience and faith while learning to eliminate fear of the court, helped with building the attorney/client relationship. If you are on the right side and fighting for the long game, Angela Furman is the one you want to have represent you.

My husband and I have been going through a terrible custody case for about two years now with the baby mother from hell... When I say that since Angela everything has done a complete 180 I Cannot do the justice that she deserves in a small review, but I will try. We now have a binding order (which was the hardest part because baby mama was not trying to get it tied down to an order) we now have visitation set in stone, very reasonable child support order as well as a long-term plan if things do not go the way that they are supposed to (baby momma is unpredictable.) Angela has been with us every step of the way going above and beyond even through the pandemic and even through times when we weren’t sure that we were going to make it from the stress of it all . She really worked with us, and was honest, kind but also very determined! I highly recommend her! Especially if your father fighting for rights!

I paid for a consultation with this attorney and after that I never heard anything back from her. I would reach out via phone,email she wouldn’t respond so today when I sent a new email about finding a new attorney she replied I should find a new attorney. Ever sad as to the thought of her helping me get my son back was a lie and a hope. Don’t use this attorney she is no use to anyone.

At the very last minute I had to retain an attorney, with very few available to make some time for me immediately to assist with my ongoing child custody and contempt of court order(s), Attorney Angela Furman without any hesitation or yield accepted my case with open arms. She is compassionate and absolutely a woman of her word. She has been very prompt with returning any phone calls that I have made to her, texts and/or emails. This is absolutely reassuring, especially in any case that involves children. In this case it involves my two children. I trust that with Mrs. Furman’s knowledge, expertise, devotion and timeless efforts, the end result will be rewarding on both ends(plaintiff-me and defendant-ex-husband)! I could not have gone into this alone and couldn’t be any happier/pleased thus far with her!

Helped me to Create a Will ensuring minor child who I had recently won Full Custody of with no visitation for other parent was protected in Will if anything were to happen to me while he was still a Minor (Naming a Guardian, giving Guardian access to set $ amount from my Life Insurance to deal with final arrangements—also spelled out in Will so no one would have decisions to make & to cover legal expenses if necessary for child to declare emancipation from other parent if they contested Will) and all other issues no matter my age when I died. Also developed a Financial Durable Power of Attorney for me in the case that I ever became unable to manage my own finances either temporarily for a short serious illness or injury OR long term serious illness or injury. (I already had a Comprehensive Health Care Proxy in place) or he would have Developed this as well. He asked me many questions to consider that I never would have included had I just completed a form Will on-line. He really cared that our Family’s needs were settled without question. Also, Registered with County Office of Wills for nothing more than the Court Administration Fees. Highly recommend for any family matters. I happened to use other Lawyers who share same Office Space for Family Court Matters as I met one of them in Court.

I met with Mr.Soobitsky to review documents from a mediated divorce proceeding; he was very thorough and ensured my comprehension in all matters covered in the drafted agreement, as well as informing of my rights and protections before I signed off on the agreement.
