Excellent at what he does. I would recommend him to everyone. I used him to represent two family members in different cases and each time the result was satisfactory.

I’m very lucky to have found Sam. I had what I thought was a frivolous charge lodged against me and seriously considered representing myself I got nervous and decided maybe not. From our first meeting Sams knowledge,demeanor and willingness to listen without judging impressed me. Little did I know prosecutors in Howard County are promoted by conviction rate not circumstances or fairness. I heard about speeding tickets from 40 years ago. Sam negotiated an excellent outcome through a perilous process. A 5 star rating is to low. I give him a 6, because Sam is a star! Thanks Sam
