Without going into details, Andrea helped me with a difficult transparency issue I had while serving on the board of director for my condominium. The board was withholding critical information from the membership. Andrea advised me of my rights and obligations under the Maryland Condominium Act, and upon my request, wrote an opinion letter in case I was threatened for being transparent with the membership.
