I can't say enough good things about Rick Todd. For too long my husband and I put off preparing critical family documents. I'm now thrilled to say that we each have a Will and Powers of Attorney for both finances and health. But more importantly, we have peace of mind. Rick was knowledgeable, patient, insightful and took the time to ask relevant questions to make sure we fully understood our choices. If you were like us and confused by the process or simply procrastinating, simply pick up the phone and call Rick. Rick will actually answer the phone and if he is not there he will call you back! Something of a miracle its self in this day and age.

Divorce is never something anyone wants to think about. But in today's world, whenever you have two people living and working together as much as married couples do, sometimes things go awry. It can be a nerve-racking and heart-breaking experience - especially for a father who is unsure of what lies ahead of him and his family. Chad Spencer was very understanding and willing to go to bat for me and my daughter's needs. He wasn't like the stereotypical lawyer like you hear about. He was very cognizant of my tight budget and would keep me informed the entire way as to how much I was spending and even offered suggestions to cut down on the cost. He was crucial throughout the process as he offered guidance in uncharted waters. Tracey Perrick was fantastic as well. She was the muscle behind my case - literally. She met with me on several occasions and helped guide me through the separation agreement. She offered sound advice on topics you'd never think of, but mean the world as my daughter gets older. In court, it was comforting to know she was on my side and was very knowledgeable. In divorce proceedings, let's face it - it can be scary for the husband/father as our culture preaches that the wife always walks as the victor. This was not the case as I can honestly say I was very content with outcome. If you're a husband/dad going through this heart-breaking process, look no farther for legal help! Colleen has to he the best attorney I have ever met. Mind you I have two attorneys in my family and when I told him them what she did for my husband they were amazed. He had a DUI, with a CDL license. This idiot( excuse my language but he knows better) went out one night, got horribly drunk, wrecked his car by hitting a semi truck ( should have died!) And colleen argued that the blow test was not accurate and got it thrown out! He has his CDL license and he help his job! She is amazing!! If you don't use her, you are an idiot too! I will refer everyone I know to her as she is one of the few lawyers I have met in the area who really does all she can for her clients.
