If you are looking for an attorney to help you with a difficult child custody agreement, involving a custodial parent who is unwilling to accept the new reality as it pertains to your child and you, I strongly recommend retaining Mr. Clark. Mr. Clark is an honest attorney. This quality was very apparent from the first day my wife and I met him. He is realistic about what to expect in a difficult legal situation. He is direct and does not stand down to aggressive behavior in the courts. I find he has a level of intelligence that obviously has matured from his experience. He does not waste your time or your money. My wife and I retained Mr. Clark at a very difficult time in my life. One year and one month ago my child sustained a severe injury...a horrible thing to happen to anyone's child. My child's mother and I never got along. Over the 10+ years since my child was born I evolved to accept her non-compliance with the parental plan...a decision that was difficult but one that achieved a degree of peace for my child and me. And, yet, after my child's accident, it became very evident to me, and those who cared for my child, there was reason to be concerned about the mother. I retained Mr. Clark three weeks after the accident...and it has been a whirlwind and, at times, merry-go-round, ever since. My child's mother was interfering with medical care and even today does not fully accept the reality of my child's injuries. Mr. Clark coached me through some very difficult times. While I eventually gained custody of my child, the mother continues to use the legal system in her favor. Her attempts have been so convoluted that much of the time I cannot make sense of her reasoning beyond her inability to accept the outcome of the courts to date. Throughout it all and still, Mr. Clark and his staff, most especially his paralegal, Ms. Charree Nash, have stayed on top of it all. There are so many laws and details that I am oblivious to...but, with Mr. Clark's years of experience and responsiveness, you can rest assure you are in good hands. My case is still ongoing but I can say without a doubt I highly recommend him. Throughout these past 13 months, he has very patiently answered my many questions. And, when need, he is a calming force...both literally and figuratively...such as the time a simple placement of his hand on my arm calmed my nerves when my child's mother was acting out. Mr. Clark is a valuable partner in your corner and, if need, a force to be reckoned with in the court room. I am eternally grateful to him and his staff for all the hours they put in on my case and am confident he will lead me out of what has been a very a bad situation.
