I can't speak highly enough of Michael. He advised me on a venture I was involved in over several years, from the initial idea all the way through to closing the company down. He helped with the business plan, forming the company, numerous contracts, and winding down the organization. He provided excellent advice, with a combination of deep legal expertise and practical business perspective.
