Jeannette and Mahina are the best relators one could ask for. They are very responsive and knowledgeable about the business. The market is terrible right now, but they managed to find several homes that were within my budget. I was super impressed by everything they did. I would highly recommend them.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Jeannette and her team! Jeannette is the kind of person who gets things done! She was extremely patient with me until I was ready to put my house on the market and when we were ready, she was willing and ready to dive right in. She has a well oiled machine of support staff and contractors/vendors that she works with. She helped us achieve our goals and we were able to sell our house for well above asking price. I didn’t know anything about the difference between a Will vs. Trust. After my first meeting, more than 10 items were discussed and answered clearly. Based on the responses, it was clear that I needed a Trust. I felt valued before, during and after the process. Protections you didn't even know you needed, but protections that will end up saving you tons of money. And once you get that perfect home? She's got a person on speed dial for anything and everything you might need. As first-time homebuyers, we were honestly intimidated about the whole home buying process and not even sure we could find something nice and affordable in our area. But Jeannette's concierge service, personality, and experience made the whole thing a breeze (and fun as well!). I cannot recommend her enough. For me and my family, Lundy Law Group was a God send! My case was estate related. A contractor that was repairing our home that was a part of an estate petitioned to sue the estate, for repairs he had to make to the property, as a result of damages he caused. I had no idea who to call to represent us. I worried about this case and the atty I was going to use for a year before meeting and entering into an agreement with Lundy Law Group. I was referred to, and called several other attys and none of them felt right. Lundy Law Group was my last referral. The person who referred the Lundy Law Group told me, not to worry, that Lundy Law Group would take care of me! No truer words were spoken on that day! When I called, I felt cared for heard and embraced. The client care at this firm is impeccable! I should not leave out, when I called my court date was fast approaching. It was 3 weeks away and she still took my case. In that very short time, their investigation of all of the facts, to ensure the estate proved its reason for disallowance of the claim, was relentlessly thorough. They were determined to be prepared for our day in court. Lundy Law group was so thorough and client driven, after the contractors atty. received all of the inquiries and requests to prove why they should be paid, the day before we were to go to court, we got a call from the contractors atty. Informing us that they were no longer going to pursue the matter! They were requesting to have the case dismissed! This was a victory for the books after a year of worry and just 3 weeks to prepare! Best realtor I’ve ever worked with.sold in one weekend, 17k over list price. Blew my expectations

Jeannette Westcott is a true superstar among realtors. We didn’t quite appreciate who we were reaching out to when we first contacted her, but many other realtors we interviewed prior to putting our house on the market already knew of Jeannette and her reputation of selling more homes than most other realtors. Jeannette is also known for helping her clients to get more (and often much more) than their asking price and under excellent terms. As a former KPMG partner, I immediately recognized the quality of professionalism and excellence that Jeannette presents to her clients. Jeannette has built a team around her where everyone understands their role, and everything is executed to her level of exactness. No matter what is needed, Jeannette can find the right person to address the issue so the sale can move forward according to our timelines. We ended up getting a contract on our home within 4 days of it going on the market (and well above our asking price). We completed all the required paperwork and financials while living several states away in our new home. Jeannette and her team made the entire process very easy and we always felt our interests were being protected and advanced even though we were not physically in the same area after the house went under contract. Much of this can be attributed to Jeannette’s skill in communication and maintaining relationships – she frequently checked in with us through phone calls and text messages to give us updates and ask us questions. She genuinely cares about people and will not be afraid to speak the truth even when it might not be great news. Whenever we reached out to her, she always got back to us as soon as possible (often within the hour). Finally, I think it bears mentioning that Jeannette’s fee structure is excellent and very competitive. If you consider all the value Jeannette adds with her team (e.g. home staging, landscaping, home repairs, deep cleaning) and her keen understanding of the housing market and how to strategically list properties, Jeannette beats anyone else I would possibly consider working with by far!
