Jayson did a great job handling our case. He came through for us at the last minute which we were really thankful for.. I would highly recommend him.

I spent over 6,000.00 to try to stop my ex from drinking and driving with my child in the car. Got a court order on a piece of paper stating that it is illegal for him to drive drunk with my daughter in his car. This was done in a very timely 3 weeks. Was happy until I figured it is illegal to drink and drive , period. Guess what? He continues to do so anyway. GREAT JOB!!!

My lawyer made every step of the process very clear. He listened to my wishes. He brought to all events a tenacity that made me know that he had my best interest in mind and would not let anyone take advantage of me. A divorce and custody case is difficult for all parties and the way he showed respect to my ex and concern for our children was honorable. I pray I never need a lawyer again but if I do it will be Tom Stahl!

Changed my feedback due to various reasons which include not being prepared for trial such as not collecting notes from expert witnesses prior to trial. -Advice that lead to the loss of a trial and refusing to take responsibility for said advice. Asking to higher an investigator after the party has been notified that litigation is happening when the initial advice given was that an investigator was not needed is TO LATE! Evidence tends to vanish once the other party becomes aware of litigation. -Asking questions of witnesses at trial and having constant objections as to leading the witness and I (meaning me and I am NOT an attorney) had to start writing the questions re-worded so that they will not get objected to. - Filing a Motion To Compel very late therefore the court could not (and would not) issue a ruling on it. Deadline was missed due to providing apposing counsel to much courtesy (Counsel advice) on waiting for documents that they where not providing. -Estimated a case would cost roughly 12k to litigate, collect evidence etc... We had settlement offers that we rejected on the assumption of that estimate. Actual cost almost exceeded the disputed amount at the trial (disputed amount was roughly 24k). Actual trial cost came to a little over 20k and no warning was given by attorney to settle due to rising costs etc.. and trial was lost due to my earlier comments in this review. If I had the money and energy to sue them for malpractice I would after 75k in total costs with constant mistakes and a trial record of 0 wins, 2 losses and 1 tie (questionable tie) despite mounting evidence in my favor.
