After being turned away from a few law firms during the pandemic, Cary Jacobson and her team kindly agreed to represent me in a divorce. I had entered the process fully knowing the expected long response times and delays due to overwhelming attorney schedules and limited availability of court hearing dates. Also even though my divorce was uncontested, there were assets and children that needed to be considered, which would take additional time to prepare. The first unexpected and welcomed surprise was how affordable her fees were that she was charging for the process. Their approach is to provide you with the least expensive option. With each step of the process Cary and her team were not only extremely responsive, but attentive and thorough in their responses. The third unanticipated part of the process was the fast filing services I experienced. Due to their diligence, we rapidly moved through the process and I was divorced within a little over a couple of months. It was a truly positive experience. Divorce is alot of emotions and ups and downs. However, Cary was wonderful. She is very professional and patient. She was able to help us talk over our issues and come to an agreement. We did get to a point where we couldn't agree and Cary was able to help diffuse the situation and helped us take a step back.
