HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I took some time to write this review . I was in an accident a few months ago so decided to use them because of the great reviews. It was the worst decision I ever made . I was assigned a paralegal( Brandy) omg I was in for it . She appear to be very nice and competent but I was fooled . It's hard to get onto her and she hardly ever return calls . Some firms pick and choose cases and will assign you the worst if they think your case is not good enough. Everyone case is important . Car accidents are very stressful and if you don't have the right legal representation you'll be in the dark , stressed out and worried all the time . I went to Baltimore and find a great lawyer and fired her . I went to see her face to face with a letter to inform her of my decision . Before I could inform her of my decision, she told me the person who's responsible for the accident was not responsible for the damages to my car or my injuries without even seeing the police report . WTH you supposed to be representing me and should be on my side here . I was in shock because of her comments!!!! Right then and there I was happy to give her the letter to inform her of my decision to move on from them and seek another lawyer to work on my case . I have no regrets with the lawyer I have . I'm so happy with my the lawyer , he answers his phone 100% of the time and keep me updated on my case ...Please , please be very vigilant when choosing any firm to work on your case . Find someone who is dedicated and willing to work hard for you . Be very careful.... If it doesn't feel right trust me it's not .

Was better off with public defender. Over charges to do plea bargains

Ms. Rebecca Dean is the epitome of what a true professional is. Ms. Rebecca Dean's patience and time she takes to explain every step along the way and to respond to any questions is ADMIRABLE and her work ethic and perseverance to always perform to the highest standard and do what is in the best interest of the client is INSPIRATIONAL. Ms. Rebecca Dean is a true asset to not only Portner & Shure but to their clientele as well. If you are fortunate enough to be assigned to Ms. Rebecca Dean, just know one thing: you ARE in good hands!!
