Thomas and his team are top notch when it comes to family law. I went to several other lawyers prior to meeting Thomas and all of those lawyers told me all about how great they were and didn't really seem interested in what was best for my kids and I. Thomas and his team listened to what I wanted, provided great advice, and were so supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. He was outstanding in litigation and I couldn't be happier with my decision to retain Thomas to represent me and present my case. You won't be disappointed!

I wanted to take a moment to let you know of my personal experience with Ms. Shannon Kowitz and her assistant, Laura Yost. Far too often, people are eager to write letters or make a phone call to complain, but I wanted to take the time to write to let you know that I am very pleased with the performance, support, professionalism, and determination of Ms. Kowitz. Throughout my case, she was always prompt on her responses and always patient in explaining the status and details/developments of my custody case. Upon settlement of my case, I felt it was a fair settlement amount that Ms. Kowitz did everything in her power to ensure this process had truly been smooth and comfortable as possible. Every step along the way, I was kept informed of the progress, promises were maintained, copies of communication between myself and the Defendant were always sent to me. I could not have asked for a more better representative for my case! I thank and commend Ms. Kowitz and her assistant for truly being there for me and my family.

Ms. McLeod did an absolutely fantastic job for me. She helped drive a negotiation that cleaned up all kinds of incompetence and open holes left by my last attorney. Ms. McLeod was incredibly well prepared, had her arguments worked out and brought great closure which got me way more time with my daughter. My ex absolutely hated her. She was always professional, but she was no non-sense and able to call out her schemes and games. She was a sharp tack and totally shut down my ex's schemes. I give Ms. McLeod my endorsement one-hundred million times over. I so wish I had her as my attorney the first go round, but she did a lot to make a bad deal more tolerable with respect to access time with my daughter which was my number one concern. If you have sense enough to start off with a touch cookie, then this is the attorney you want to hire. I started off with a nice guy - trying to be civil, and ended up putting myself and my access to my daughter at extreme jeopardy. Divorce is war. As much is it is not in my natural grain and faith do be that way, you have to come at it hard. Another attorney gave me advice that I wish I had listened to. It's always easier to be nice later than it is to start off nice and then get tough later. Ms. McLeod is totally a nice person, but she will be tough when it comes to protecting your interests and helping you to think clearly.

The Mulinazzi Law Office represented me in my divorce. They tried their best to reach a resolution with my Wife by agreement. When my Wife acted unreasonably, they fought for me in court. I now share custody of my children with my wife. I am grateful for their strong advocacy and empathy through out my divorce. Thank you, Thomas, Shannon and Kim.

Ms. McLeod helped me in a tough time of my life. She fought hard for me every step of the way and helped me get custody of my kids. She responds quickly to emails and voice messages. She is intelligent, caring, and knows her stuff. I highly recommend her to anyone going through a custody battle.

If you need a good attorney for a contested divorce, keep looking. This office failed to win arguments in court. Although they repeatedly demanded more and more detailed financial information with explanations to the opposing counsel for the months leading to the court date, they failed to secure basic financial information from the opposing counsel about my former spouse until the night before our court date. In hindsight, it seemed like they did more to help the opposing counsel than to help me. Although they repeatedly stressed their confidence in our case, they failed to get positive results. Buyer beware.
