Fantastic service and very good at getting back to you with information. They answer on the second ring almost always. Katherine went out if her way to help me with my case. I get my children more days than what I had expected, this place did an outstanding job fighting for me and I would definitely recommend them to any co-parent that needs help with a custody battle

I can’t say enough about my recent experience with Sahmra and her team. My elderly mother was in need of some serious estate planning following some scary hospital visits. I contacted and hired Sahmra for her services. She was so kind and helpful during this stressful time!! We were able to meet both in-person and virtually to create a Power of Attorney, and later on an updated Will and Living Trust for my Mother. Sahmra’s attention to detail and patience were astounding, and she took such good care of us! I’ll be circling back to her for additional legal services, and I’d highly recommend her!

Mrs. Stevenson was nothing less than amazing. Not only did she get the victory but her support through the entire process was beyond professional. Custody can be a very emotional and stressful situation to navigate and it really helps to have attorney that can understand that and offer reassurance. She was always punctual, And 2 steps ahead in her plan of execution. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking counsel

They dont update the client on what they are doing. They dont answer there phones or emails. They only call when they want more money they wont help you unless you pay the full amount first and they never tell you that. They dont inform you anything and cant keep in touch with you. They are non responsive i would rate them with a minus star. We had to get rid of them they are not what they say they are do not trust them. Do not waste your money. They are Not Real. If you decide to not believe me than go ahead and see that you will be just like me they waited a month to contact me back. DONT DO IT!!!! -0 Do not waste your money. I gave them $250 for nothing they didnt bother with my custody case They are the worst people to talk to!!!! I was Misrepresented. They never gave me back my money.

I was pointed in Mr Alex's direction for assistance with my case because of his ability to be flexible with the unbundled lawyer services. at first everything seemed wonderful... I was able to send an email and receive a response within a few days. I even spoke with him over the phone. I took the leap and paid the $800 to have them assist with the paperwork and difficult questions. when we first spoke I was under the impression I would pay the $800 now and accept the limited help; if I needed further assistance I could pay the difference for him to fully represent me. I was able to contact all parties until the $800 was paid. after I paid and signed a contract with this lawyer I was only able to contact Catherine and even that was so limited I was often left in the dark with it being weeks before I reach somebody with me calling over and over again. finally after a two-week period of Mr Alex "thinking my case over", Catherine asking multiple times if I could pay the full amount immediately (and yes I did have the full amount they required) I had to ask if I could fully receive an answer from Katherine because of this I mean whatever I had to ask if I can receive a full answer from Alex because at this point I needed the full representation asap. My case has mot stopped progressing this whole period. Catherine informs me he cannot take my case on and fully represent me, he is too busy. if you want to be led on a wild goose chase and not get the full assistance you probably need go with this team.. I am not one to give poor reviews often but the way I have been dealt with by these people have been so frustrating and disappointing I feel I must express myself and hopefully help others avoid what I feel like was a scam I am out 800 and received one petition for the court and a ton of headaches.

Alex was extremely helpful for a custody case. He took a very creative approach in representing my son. The case was settled in my son’s favor. Alex saved us thousands of dollars.

HORRIBLE...i was going to hire them for a custody modification and they did nothing and kept my money. when i asked for it back they stated its for what they already did i asked for copies of the work that was done i never got anything.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I’m extremely disappointed. Alex and Karen seemed really good and professional at first. I hired Alex to prepare my divorce paperwork. I did the bundle for $800. I started with the bundle deal instead of full representation because I wanted to see how my case would go, if it would go smoothly or if it started to get messy. As I was saying, Alex and Karen were professional at first, then after a while, they seemed to become really slow. Slow at returning emails, phone calls, etc. I even was late submitting a document because I was waiting for Alex and Karen to send it to me so I could mail it in. One of the documents even got returned back to me because Alex and Karen sent me the wrong type of document to mail in. I was ready to pay the full amount for full representation(I figured I would just go ahead because I was already financially invested, and Alex and Karen already knew my case). I was waiting for about 2-3 weeks to hear back from Karen to check Alex’s schedule to see if he was able to fully represent me. I received a phone call from Alex stating that he wouldn’t be able to fully represent me because he has a “really bad case of asthma” and because of everything going on (Covid-19 I’m assuming) he didn’t feel comfortable going into court rooms. Just sounds like a lame excuse and a load of BS to me. I’m just glad I was able to find another lawyer quickly and who was able to work with me with the costs/retainer fees. I wouldn’t recommend Karen and Alex...unless you want to be waiting for weeks for them to return phone calls/emails, or if you want to have documents submitted late, or if you want them to basically leave you hanging in the middle of a court case...then by all means, they are the ones you should call.

Alex and Karen helped me through what could have been a messy custody case involving my special needs son. They were responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and most importantly they were compassionate. This allowed me to go through the process with a clearer head and a better outcome for my family. Thank you for all of your help. You are appreciated.

Would give zero stars if it was a option, very horrible experience. Do not waste your time or money. I did the $800 flat rate package they offer to handle you documents for court and I wasted my money, took 4 months to receive documents that were requested day of hire and I gave him all the information I had that day, I do not know what took him so long, I may have spoken to Alex twice during this time he rarely ever answered his phone and his assistant is worse you call every day for a week or 2 with no response and when I finally get them on the phone I have to re explain my case to them every time because they don’t “have there notes in front of them”. Paper work requested was so late it was a month past The date you need to have it filled by and I was never informed from the start that you have to go down and file yourself because they don’t file for you.

Alex is one the best attorneys to hire. He and his associate are strategic in helping you win your case. He also has an awesome colleague by the name of Karen and she's the best!
