We had the best possible experience working with Wes Henderson. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest and personable. His expertise was invaluable for our situation. I recieved unprofessional service from the staff or phone representative. I was unable to speak to a lawyer after a representative mixed up my first appointment and I had to reschedule the same week for a day unfortunately did not work out for my family. Based on those events I was told Skipper will not represent me? If thats the case and his firm acts on supposed policy I would not want to be represented by this firm and their counsel.They seem judgemental and prejudice of thier clients.

I am delighted to give my “5-star” rating of Henderson Law. In late 2015, I sustained a personal injury in Maryland. After a year of procedures and healing, I knew I needed to try and secure some compensation to help pay for my injuries as well as call the owner’s attention to the hazard. Thanks to a friend’s recommendation, I found Wes Henderson, who listened patiently to my story, reviewed my photos and evidence, and decided that he would represent me in my claim and ultimate lawsuit. As I had never been involved in such litigation, Wes took whatever amount of time was needed and walked me through the process, step by step, and answered all my many questions. Such matters take a lot of time to go through, and after several months it was clear that there would not be a settlement offer prior to filing a more formal lawsuit. Wes again spent significant time in going over all the details to ensure I was comfortable and, after much reflection, I decided to go ahead. Thanks to Wes’, and his partner Patrick Gardiner’s, expertise and knowledge of the law we were able to ultimately secure a satisfactory settlement. Matt Skipper is a fantastic young attorney. He has tenacity and intellect to drill down to the facts, give you honest assessment, and get to a resolution. He was able to help me resolve my real estate claim and get to a settlement without pressuring me in any way. He did his homework to understand the contract at issue and relevant statutes, and didn't resort to "mudslinging" like the other side did. I will definitely call him first for any legal issue I may have in the future.

Matt Skipper represented me against my condo HOA Board of Directors. Their threatening letter terrified me. I believed they held all the power. I was anxious, worried, completely overwhelmed and feeling helpless. Then through my desperation, I found Matt by using google. I submitted my contact info online and he contacted me right away. He was very informative, kind and "sounded" honest. I trusted him over the phone and agreed to meet with him. When I met him and his staff in person I was even more certain I was making the right decision and I could put my trust in him. He sent my HOA a well researched, informative letter with a polite request of what we wanted. Sure enough he got the HOA to back off and they did everything we asked!
