My wife and I have been clients of Parker Counts since 2000. We highly recommend Lee Gordon for those looking for assistance with estate planning. Lee is outstanding. She makes complex issues manageable and does it with a very personal touch. Five stars for sure.

DO NOT USE!!!! Jesse Hammock was representing us for some estate work. The process had several costly delays, we paid more than double the initial amount with Jesse. There was a lot of problems with him and finally he got mad that we wouldn't accept his absurd proposal and rates to be the new trustee. we refused his proposal because it was too much like a scam, his communication was terrible, the performance was terrible, but the bills keep coming like an open tab but there was never a description of work performed or any obvious progress. It was a real mess. Finally we told him we need to set a deadline, he threw a fit, and he didn't finish things. Even when offering to pay him he flat out refuses to do the very last minuscule step to finish everything. I've been reaching out to him several times to try to work things out, he is just too angry. I'm calling the bank to dispute charges. If you want to get ripped off, not know what your spending money on, enjoy stress, poor communication, enjoy someone who throws hissy fits, then this is the man for the job.

Ive been to court as a witness in a case Jesse Hammock was handling and I was very impressed. If I ever needed an attorney for litigation, Jesse would be the first one I called.
