Not being very familiar with the law Zachary Benninga was a huge help, made me feel at ease through the process since it was my first infraction. Not just represented me in court but also explained step by step the outcome.

Mr. Benninga represented me in a complex civil case in Caroline County. He was polite, and professional and always returned my calls in a timely manner. When we went to court he made a very persuasive and compelling legal argument before the judge and I got the exact result I was looking for. I highly recommend using him if you need a lawyer.

Zachary Benninga Attorney-At-Law, represented me in a traffic case where the officer stopped me in one county and wrote the ticket for another county. Zachary Benninga was diligent in working with the State to get this case dismissed. I have also referred other client to him who were very satisfied with his work. After getting my first DUI, I received a typical outcome. Pretty simple case, however it felt like Ryan was bored with my case and did not make me feel good about it. This was my first time really in trouble with the law and I was scared, he treated me like a child when I expected a professional lawyer with a positive attitude. Overall the outcome was fine, experience was not very good.
