Charlie and Jennifer were very easy to work with, professional and reassuring, and communicative at all stages of my case. Jennifer was only an email or phone call away and Charlie was honest and clear about what were reasonable expectations on the outcome. Been a customer for over 20 years, the sandwiches are always fresh and creative, the soups are spot on and packed with flavorful goodies (like meatballs or seafood), everything is always top quality and well prepared. It's a fun place to try new foods and flavors. On top of that, the shelves have plent y of gourmet items that are perfect for a little impulse buying on the way to the cash register!

I talked to Charles L. Scott, Jr. He was very rude & while I was saying thank you he hung up on me!!! Would never hire either one of them because of this.. It was only a five minute conversation & yeah that's all the time he needed to be rude. I guess since I wasn't paying him yet or is that how they handle all there business!!! So Very offended by him!!!!!

I have used Charles Scott Jr twice..
And both times I was put on step docket.I definitely trust Charles Scott Jr and Jennifer.
He didn't cookie coat anything he was very straightforward and honest.
