I hired Elisabeth after reading her reviews. She helped me get my license back after over 4 years of them being revoked. She took care of the MVA and Driver wellness division and handled all the hard work for me. I couldn't have gotten them back without her! I Highly recommend Elisabeth!

It has been over 3 years since my husband hired this law firm to settle a personal injury accident case and it is still NOT settled. They are very poor at communicating in a timely manner, and when asked what has been done towards its progress, they do not have an answer. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Mr.Bowers handled my auto accident very professionally and made me feel comfortable when I had never used a lawyer before. I would recommend him to my friends.

I went through this law firm for a recent legal matter and was ecstatic with the level of service and professionalism I was provided by the firm and more specifically, Elisabeth Herndon. All expectations were exceeded and she helped me get through a trying time with best possible outcome allowing me to learn from the experience and move forward in a positive manner. 10/10 would use again and recommend to anyone seeking legal counsel.

We used this firm to handle a case where my husband was accused of assault by a person that was looking for a big payout. We stuck it out after multiple plea offers and so glad we did. At best we were hoping for a hung jury but after only 30 minutes of deliberation we had a unanimous not guilty verdict. We have this firm to thank for that. They were compassionate to our cause and their court room etiquette was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone in need!

I would not reccommend anyone to this firm. I had a terrible time with the communication. The front desk was horrible about giving and taking messages and Jobeth would never respond back to emails! However Tracey did awesome in court and Monique and Sydney were fantastic. Jobeth never carried a professional image, always looking like he just rolled out of bed. He will tell you anything you want to hear during intake than after you sign on with the firm it's down hill from there. Jobeth is like a used car salesman. He will act like he is going to be with you thru the whole thing but truth is after he sells the firm to you, your case is handed over to another lawyer in the firm and he will no longer deal with you. I expressed issues thru my whole experience and he never dealt with it, even at the end when he had no other choice but to hear me, he just sat there as if I was talking to the wall. Terrible customer service. You lost one forever client and I will make sure I spread the word across Cecil county and surrounding areas so no one else falls victim to a terrible experience when handling legal matters.

I met with Mr Bowers after a car accident I was in and I couldn't be happier with the end result. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He was very informative and straight forward. I will deffenitly refer everybody I know to him.
