Been 20yrs since he represented me and I think of my accident and the Law suit everyday. Unfortunately I am still suffering from the injuries and will for the rest of my life. He did not do good by me and never had my future in his mind, just the money he was going to fet. How is it that I'm the one that went through a very serious accident. I agreed to a settlement only because I was instructed that it would be in my best interest. Think about this.... Settlement $65,000 I myself only seen $10,000 How is that fair. I know I should have gotten more and my medical should have stayed open. My advice is to think hard before making any decision, make sure it is exactly what you want. And ALWAYS ask questions. Get an item list of where all monies are going and don't stop until you get one. That was one of several mistakes I made, I did ask for the list but got tired if asking and waiting. I strongly believe the reason I didn't get in is because he knew he was ripping me off. Mr. Barnes if you are reading this I hope you spent my money well.
