I just want to say I worked with Ashlie such an amazing woman. She gave me great advice to advance my business. You can definitely tell she loves her job and what she does. She takes her time working with you, she's knowledgeable and she makes you feel like family. You get your monies worth.

Bankruptcy can be a huge disruption in life. This law office knows what they are doing. Ms. Ashlie Deal is tough but it's for your own good. My Lawyer Marc has a great repore with the legal community. That helps.

I was a guarantor with my brother for a $10.5 million dollar commercial loan for a Senior Care property that went bad. While we tried to fix the property and bring it back to profitability, the bank came after us with a vengeance. We were located in California and Oregon, and the lender sued us in Maryland for full payment. We did not have much time to deal with the case. Bankruptcy is hard. It's something that no one wants to deal with , but when life serves you lemons, you do your best to make some darn good lemonade. It's all about tough love here, Ms.Ashlie knows exactly what she is doing, listen, read carefully and just do what you have to do and get done what she needs you to accomplish and the process will be easy as pie. After paperwork etc was all said and done and it was time to meet the trustee, my lawyer, Mr.Ominsky and I sat there for less than 5 minutes with the trustee and it was done. I actually asked at the end if that was it because I couldn't just could not believe it was all said and done. The whole process that we worked so hard to get done, was done, over, hands were washed clean of credit debt, problems etc. I really appreciated all of the help and support you get from the whole staff at the Law offices of Marc Ominsky. They also have two receptionists that are extremely helpful and can answer questions for you also. Everyone there is sympathetic towards what you're going through and only look out for your best Interest. They gave me a second shot at starting fresh and as much as I liked them, I hope I don't see them again as I will be restarting my financial life in a positive way!

I worked with attorney Ashlie Deal from Marc Ominsky's practice and she gets it done! We worked together on a real estate transaction for a client she referred to us going thru bankruptcy. The buyer's title company did not fully understand bankruptcy law and Ashlie was able to move mountains to get the transaction to close by the deadline the court set. I would work with this lawfirm and Ashlie again in a heartbeat!

Marc and Ashlie handled my personal injury case of a rather embarassing nature, so I was a little surprised they took it on. They met my struggles and concerns with compassion, conducted a detailed interview on what happened and informed me of everything that needed to be done (all was done over the phone or online, I didn't need to see them in person even once). A fair warning that personal injury cases can take a while. It turned out they take up to 2-3 years to resolve, and I wish they told me that earlier, since the initial impression in the following months was that they're giving me silent treatment. Their office can be sometimes hard to reach and they were not very forthcoming with updates when I tried to check up with them every 3 months or so, but I assure you that they do know what they're doing and do get the job done. A little over a year after the injury I heard that the other party did file the insurance claim, something that they previously refused to do. And a little under two years the other party settled for a really good amount and I didn't even have to go to trial. All of that without having to go anywhere or pay anything out of pocket. I'm happy that thanks to them I can leave that chapter of my life behind me with no regrets.

These people are very Professional and attentive to your situation. I highly recommend them!
