I had been looking for an employment attorney for several weeks. I called several that I found on websites. When I called attorney Jones she answered the phone and actually took the time to ask questions about my case; she gave me homework as to information that I needed; she explained her fees and set-up an appointment for us to meet in person. I instantly felt that attorney Jones valued me as a person and I knew that she was the attorney that I would want to represent me. As the process has been ongoing attorney Jones has kept be informed of all communications and any other needed information. She was able to get my case resolved in a timely manner. Ms. Janice Williams-Jones helped me negotiate a settlement in 2017, that ended with great results. Recently I found myself in another similar situation where I thought my dismissal was unwarranted and was offered a minimal severance package that I felt was unsatisfactory since my performance review was exemplary, and I had recently received a bonus and pay increase.
