I must say, my experience with Mr. Ty is by far the best I have had in the 12+ years I have been fighting for custody of my children. Mr. Ty was very efficient, organized, well prepared, & professional. He communicated with me regularly, made sure all necessary materials were attained, & presented evidence & facts so well, I not only ended up with full sole & physical of my children, but child support was settled & I walked away having all arrears paid & case closed. I hired Walter when I needed help navigating my way through a difficult divorce. Mr. Ty did an awesome job representing me. I had to fire my first attorney who didn't have my best interest at heart. However, Mr. Ty was the complete opposite and always demonstrated that he put my needs first. He had to get caught up on my case pretty fast and was able to get up to speed fairly quickly. His negotiating skills are excellent and he was always one step ahead of my ex husband's attorney, which definitely gave me an advantage.
