Erick is the man! After waiting for a little longer than expected for my court date (because of covid), I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From start to finish I could tell that I chose the right lawyer, and don’t get me started on his world class closing statement. Not only is mr Gracia professional, but also down to earth. If I ever get into legal trouble again (hopefully not) I will definitely be giving him a call again.

I can not express how amazing this team was. They were very responsive and attentive. One of the best perks for me was that I didnt have to physically go to the office for paperwork; everything was digital! That helped me tremendously being as though I didnt have transportation. The staff was warm, welcoming and made sure I understood the process each step of the way. In all, Im very pleased with my experience at Gracia & Mintz.

I chose Atty. Gracia because I saw him in action with a friend of mine and heard about his work on another friend’s case. When I reached out, he quickly returned my call and scheduled the consultation for the next day. The consultation went very well. He listened, viewed evidence, and shared his professional opinion. He was honest and didn’t try to gouge me for money. In fact, for one of the cases he advised that I really didn’t need representation, but I chose to hire him anyway. (I don’t know who is crazier, him or me😂) Now he has my money and I am ready for usual ducking and dodging that some attorneys are known for doing, but this is where he truly shined and gained more respect. Atty. Gracia & I corresponded early mornings, during the day, and late at night. He made sure my questions were answered and that I was properly prepared for court. Gracia took on my case and told me to be patient and trust in the process of his vision/know how. He’s a down to earth, straight forward, cut throat attorney.
