Both parents died in less than a year. Mr Tregoning had written my parents’ trusts so we thought this would be simple. In the trusts he had been named as a co-trustee and bills hourly for this. He has made very little attempt to administer & distribute to the beneficiaries in order to prolong his services. In addition, a billing statement has been requested multiple times and none have been provided in 9 months. STAY AWAY.
