I started my divorce on my own but simply didn't know what I was doing. I was lost and losing a terrible battle against my ex and his underhanded, obnoxious attorney. Both lied constantly; I could prove it, but didn't know how. Mr. Kemp came to my rescue like Superman. He swooped in, told me no more worrying, that it was in his (extremely capable) hands. He took the stress for me, and turned it into a positive. He handled everything beautifully, honestly, and without compromising any values. He went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. He basically saved my life. Thank you, Mr. Kemp!

I started doing this case from the start by self, but after a loss, in a default case with my son's mother and she was granted temporary custody. I decided after that to search out a lawyer that could help me in the next part of the case. Detric helped me in my situation to get joint custody of my son with me having primary custody. I gave him a lot of information to pour through for my case. He was able to streamline the information and use it for a positive affect on my custody case. I didn't know if it could be done or not but Detric pulled of a miracle, in a case with a lot of circumstantial evidence that was given to him to present. He didn't have to badger her on the stand but was able to use the evidence effectively to prove that she was a liar.

I would just like to say that Detric did an excellent job representing my son and grandson in a custody hearing. Our family cannot say enough about his skill set. We enjoyed watching him strategize and move the court in a direction that made us very proud to have him represent our son and grandson. He used the details to our advantage and encouraged our spirit. We wish him the very best in all future endeavors!
