I had searched for about a month trying to find a lawyer to represent my son's best interests. The only one that seemed concerned for my son over all else, was Mr. Souder. I am truly thankful for his compassion towards my son and his professionalism with providing me everything I needed to know and what to expect. Mr. Souder represented my in a very complicated divorce and custody case. Through the whole process he was responsive upfront and very knowledgeable. He represented me incredibly well against a much larger team of lawyers and was able to produce the best result possible. He continues to represent and advise me through a very difficult custodial situation with ever changing issues. Despite the seemingly never ending new issues coming from my ex, he remains patient, proffesional and responsive. He is aggressive when it is needed, but is also sure to keep me informed of the likelihood of what I want being feasible in court. I worked with Eugene Souder and I cannot say enough about him. Mine was a custody case and he did great!! He would let me know my options and then also the worst case and best case scenarios. He was honest with me and always asked for my input. The case didn't settle until the day we were suppose to be in court (not our fault) and he stayed vigilant for me and my children. He was very diligent and I felt confident having him in my corner. Although we didn't make it to a trial, I have EVERY confidence he would have dominated the court room.

I hired Gene for my custody case. He drafted things up very quickly and kept me up to date on everything. Not only is he great at what he does, but he shows that he actually cares about your situation. I can't express enough how hard working everyone in the firm is for cases.
