If I could give this office negative stars I would. Costumer service was horrible and the receptionist was exceptionally rude. Mind you I have never written a review on any website because i’ve never had the need to but, this couldn’t go unwritten. I won’t go into detail about why I was calling due to it being personal and confidential. But I will say this, I wasn’t made a priority from the first call, I was hung up after only asking to make a consultation with an animal lawyer. They have a 5 star rating and I wanted the best lawyers for my case, so I proceeded to call back 3 times thinking that maybe it was a mistake but none of my calls went through. That’s when I decided to call with a different number, at last they answered and I explained how unprofessional and rude it was that I was hung up on, instead of an apology for the inconvenience, I got a lot of back talk. Save yourself the time, they DONT care about you.
