So glad to have the experience of a reliable team to prepare documents that will protect my future wishes in the form of an Advance Directive along with estate planning and Durable Power of Attorney.

My mother was working with Mr. McDaniels to sort out a complicated clerical error on a second mortgage, that prevented the bank from foreclosing her house. When my mother had a stroke earlier this year I began to assist my mother with the process and Nick was always professional, courteous, and patient with my mother's situation. I’m the beginning I found Ryan and Nick to be professional and courteous. However, it took them almost two years to get anywhere with my case and they dropped the ball multiple times. Ryan is not fit for court, he becomes nervous and is unable to perform. He was sweating profusely at our last hearing and totally froze, he failed to bring up even a fraction of the evidence we had and discussed, causing us the judge to rule against us. They advised me early on in my case to decline a settlement stating multiple reasons why I could receive more and it turned out I received considerably less. I truly don’t know how they have a clear conscience after the lackluster job they did for me.

This law firm was recommended to us by a law professor friend. Ryan did a great job finding and handling all the pieces of information related to our real estate dispute, some of which was over 60 years old. He clearly explained to us the processes involved, and had several alternative strategies with pluses and minuses from which we could choose. His presentations to the court were clear and to the point. We particularly liked his concern that we spend no more money on this case than was absolutely necessary, and appreciated the discount of some of the cost at the end. I would certainly hire he again and recommend him to those who are involved in real estate issues.
