Very knowledgeable and helpful. My wife and I had some questions after my father passed and we did not regret spending our time there. We are now armed with all the knowledge we need to handle the probate process. David Wingate helped our family with decisions about my dad's welfare and subsequent nursing home care and expense by helping us understand the options of available nursing homes, the choice between nursing home and assisted living, the financial aspects of and requirements for aid to offset the costs of long-term care while protecting the family's assets. His work with and obvious concern for our 93 year old mother continued after our father's death: now he is always available to answer her questions and advise her. Anyone working with David will be fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, caring attorney.
