I reached out to Mr. Wingate recently after the death of my father. Although he did not have much, I had questions for what he did have. Mr. Wingate was compassionate, responsive and very knowledgeable. He answers gave me the peace I needed and I would highly recommend his services.

David Wingate thoroughly answered all of my questions concerning a family member with regards to Medicaid. He was easy to speak with, helpful, and very professional. I would highly recommend him if you are in need of an attorney who is knowledgeable about Medicaid and/or Elder Law. Top notch.

When my mother required long term care I enlisted the services of David and I'm glad I did. He took the time to listen to my concerns and steer me on the right path so that Mom was properly provided for in her final days. David did an outstanding job of estate planning and securing Medicaid assistance for my father. David Wingate is very knowlegable as well as caring and compassionate.
