One thing as an attorney myself I never wanted…was to need an attorney. But that all changed when I was hit by a man overdosing on heroin and suffered serious injuries and had to have surgery. Having known Andy for over 15 years, I knew he was the man for the job! He quickly and efficiently settled my case for what I know was top dollar. I know the lion share of personal injury and workers’ compensation attorneys in the State and I can tell you, Andy is the cream of the crop. He’s so easy to deal with, is kind and compassionate and so well respected by other attorneys and the Courts. The perfect storm of awesome! I'm so grateful to the professionals at Horman Nichols, LLC! I was hit from behind by a 45 passenger bus, but the bus was "borrowed" from the driver's employer without permission. The company's insurance doesn't cover anywhere outside of a 25 mile radius of the bus company home office, but they offered me a $500 settlement to go away. Because of this offer, my insurance company refused my uninsured motorist claim. The driver dodged getting served a subpoena. Once finally served, he claimed he does not have insurance. Through Horman Nichols suit was filed against the bus company, the driver, & my insurance company. In the end, they settled out of court. Horman Nichols fought hard on my behalf & I am grateful to them, especially attorney Trevor Addie-Carter and paralegal Kendall Donovan!

Andy and his paralegal Kendall were very responsive and extremely professional throughout the entire process. Andy explained everything in detail and provided great advice. You can tell he's experienced and knowledgeable in personal injury cases, and he does what's best for the client, not what's going to net the firm the highest return on the case.
