This is an excellent firm all around. I was referred by a friend, spoke with a partner within 24 hours, and was working with David Hisle who was fully briefed on my case within 48 hours. They shouldered whatever stress I was facing so I didn’t have to, and enabled me to keep my life going: I work full-time, I am a single parent, and they made it possible for me to maintain my responsibilities at work and at home because I could trust that they had the legal side of things handled. I had an excellent experience because Dave is calm & unflappable (esp. with a difficult opposing counsel), and an outcome that I felt was fair and equitable because Dave is a hell of a negotiator. Trust them to pair you up with the attorney who is right for you - they are all excellent at what they do.
