I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Lewicky during a 10-minute phone consultation to discuss my situation, and ask questions about the governing laws. First of all, he really listens to you. I had a potential threat of a lawsuit from my previous employer for breaching the non-compete covenant, and I couldn't help but feel that he really wants to help me from the way he actively listened to every detail I shared with him.
