This firm has represented me over several years. I recently had a major issue with a Workman's Comp claim. Although it was a very confusing case Berman Sobin Gross Feldman & Darby stood by me and resolved every issue in my favor. I was kept up to date and informed of every action taken. I can't thank them enough. They are an excellent law firm and have outstanding staff. You cannot go wrong using their service.

I am writing today to express my deepest gratitude to attorney Gretchen Rogers, Amanda Lenhart and anyone else on Gretchen's team that may have been involved in my case over the last 9+ years. I hired BSGFD after I hurt myself on the job in 2008. I had initially hired a different attorney near my home but quickly realized he did not know how to navigate the system especially when it came to some of the policies of my employer, Montgomery County Govt. I received a referral to your office from my Union, MCGEO and decided after meeting with your firm the first time that I needed to hire your firm instead and did so. Once I hired BSGFD to represent me I knew I had made the right decision. Gretchen and Amanda were a team to be reckoned with and quickly treatments and reimbursements started to fall into place but not after extreme persistence from Gretchen and Amanda, they were consistently on top of my case and resolved any issues I had by continually filing "issues" with the Commission and winning ever single time against the insurer. Gretchen and Amanda were always available to discuss my case and at times took action to protect my Patient Rights by not allowing the Nurse Case Manager to have direct contact with me after she continually upset me and made untrue accusations against me and the extent of my injury. I always felt like Gretchen and Amanda had my best interest at heart, they were both compassionate and at times would call me just to check in just to see how I was feeling. After a long 9+ years of persistence we finally had our day in court and I say we because by this point Gretchen and I had forged a great relationship and knew she was there 100% fighting for me. She and Amanda had been by my side the entire time, they heard the pain in my voice at times, listened to me cry out of frustration and vent when I just felt like I would never get to the end of the tunnel. I felt like a win for me was a win for Gretchen and her entire team as well! We presented our case and within 24 hours had a decision of a win against my employer with a well deserved settlement of 6 figures attached to it, along with lifetime Medical Rights. I could not have been more pleased with the decision, the time frame in which it was made and the way that Gretchen presented my case to the Commission from beginning to end. I would recommend Gretchen, her team and BSGFD to anyone who is in need of an excellent Attorney and great law firm. I even used another attorney from BSGFD to represent me in a car accident where I was rear-ended while in the thick of my Workers Compensation case. The two teams worked together in a manner that protected my right to treatment and worsening of my previous condition. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and would definitely hire them again.
