I just had a settlement with Pinnacle Settlement Services. Thanks Pinnacle Settlement Services for taking great care of my buyer client! Do to a lender error, settlement was delayed 48 hours...and Pinnacle arranged for a title processor to meet my client at her hotel 2 days later in San Antonio, Texas. It sure wasn't my choice on how to finish a closing...but Pinnacle came to the rescue and closed the transaction and made my buyer client very happy! Thanks Pinnacle Settlements!

The firm sent out our social security numbers unprotected on the internet. The owner of the company said he was “sorry”. What do we do about it? He hung up on me! Thanks

Do not use this settlement company....they are the most unprofessional, rude, and totally nonchalant settlement company I have seen so far. Especially if you are a buyer's agent and your client has choice on settlement company tell them to STAY AWAY. They will hold on to commission checks and payments to clients for several days and tell lies on UPS..Just stay away if you want a smooth settlement. I am filing a better business Bureau complaint.
