My husband and I recently decided to update our very old wills and modify our revocable trust. Henry turned what could have been a stressful ordeal into a very doable exercise. He was so low key, patient and easy to work with we found ourselves, along with our trustee son, looking forward to our visits. With good humor, he slogged through or writing efforts and provided the correct legal terminology, while answering our many, many questions knowledgeably and clearly. Our family will be better taken care of in the future because of Henry, for which we are very grateful.

Stalls on documents. Took way too long and beyond time frame given. Too many mistakes on FINAL copies of drafts by Henry and Teri. Unfortunately my parents (Henry’s clients-writing on their behalf) noticed a year later.

Attorney Clarke and his assistant Sarah were wonderful to work with. They were clear, comprehensive, timely and inclusive of all of the ramifications of my plan which included my well, a testamentary trust and other planning documents. After the documents were finalized, I had some follow up questions on beneficiary documents which they went above and beyond in helping me navigate. These folks are pleasant and put you at ease. I very highly recommend Attorney Clarke.

Along with being professional, Henry Clarke made us feel at ease. Like talking to a trusted friend, while making important life decisions and pointing out needs we had not thought about before-hand. He was very patient during the whole process. We never felt rushed. Henry was wonderful and made the process of creating a Will extremely painless. Its an emotional process to draft up but he made it seamless, easy and enjoyable. He has a wonderful sense of humor and was fun to be around. A great guy! I was referred to Henry by a colleague and am so happy I took the initiative to call. Call Henry!

Mr. Clarke assisted me with the closure of my mother's estate. He was extremely patient and understanding of the emotions involved and guided us through the entire process very skillfully. He made a very difficult time and process much easier to face and to handle.

I have had to make 2 amendments to my living trust and Henry Clarke has been able to complete this for me.He was able to get my property retitled in the Trust's name. He also provided personal advice when making the amendments to the trust. That was very helpful!
I would highly recommend Henry Clarke for any matters relating to Estate Planning!
