I have known and used Henry Clarke for well over 20 years. He helped me set up my business, handled some insurance issues and even assisted with some family matters - especially estate planning and the settling of an estate. He has always been there for me. I have never had to wait to get a phone call back, even receiving a call late at night when one of my children had a problem. He is truly a "family" lawyer and cares about me and my family. Don't know what I would do without him and knowing that he is a phone call away.

I have been a REALTOR for over 30 years and have dealt with many settlement attorneys. Henry is the only one I can think of who would get "excellent" across the board. He has always treated my clients with respect, been open to answering their questions before and/or after closing, and done his job with professionalism and a dash of humor. Perhaps most important to me, however, was when he took care of my Dad after my Mom died a year ago. Neither my Dad nor I really knew what to do regarding my Mom's side of the estate and Henry, with great patience and grace, guided my Dad throughout what turned out to be a seamless process. Mr. Clarke has been my lawyer for about 20 years, handling everything from mundane real estate settlements, to my trust and will to complex business dealings and negotiations. I don't do a thing without a call to him. He has kept me from making big mistakes numerous times.

I have had Mr. Clarke do settlements for me in the past and always he was ready and the documents were always in order He prepared my original will and revised it several times as things changed in my life. It is great that he takes such an interest to know the items that are important to his clients so that he can give them the best advice possible. He is the kind of attorney that you can relate to and does not pretend he is smarter than you. It is rare I like going to see an attorney but trips to see him I usually leave feeling better not worse. I would highly recommend him for Wills, Estates, Business law and settlements.
