I highly recommend this law office. I am very happy with their work and what they did for me. They got me my Green Card. Mr. Fatemi, Ms. Stover and all the other staff members in their office are smart, hard working, and honest people. I was born in El Salvador and entered the U.S. without a visa or any papers when I was just a teenager. I had fled El Salvador because I feared for my life and safety and I was caught when I was crossing the border. I was served with a notice to appear in court. However, I was not able to make it to the court and because I failed to show up to Court, the Judge ordered me deported. A friend told me about Mr. Fatemi and I made an appointment to see him. Mr. Fatemi listened to my story and reviewed all the papers I had. At the end of the consultation, he said that there is hope for my case. To make a very long story short, Mr. Fatemi reopened my case in immigration court and filed petitions with the court and Immigration Services to ultimately win my case. In total my complex case took 5 years. During this period Mr. Fatemi and his office assured me that I have a very good case and were always positive and encouraged me to stay strong and positive. I was so worried that I would be deported after the election in November. But last week, when I went for my last interview, I got the best answer of my life. “My case was approved.” And I got my Green Card. I am so happy that I called Mr. Fatemi’s office and had hired him to be my attorney. Thank you Mr. Fatemi and thank you Ms. Stover!!
