My wife and I hired Lindsey to prepare our estate planning documents. We were very pleased with the service that Lindsey provided. Lindsey is very knowledgeable, patient, and provides clear guidance, in addition to accommodating our busy schedules (we didn't have to make any office visit and the final signing was done at our home). Lindsey brings a superior level of technical expertise along with an empathic style to deliver supremely high quality estate planning legal services in a very efficient and client/user-friendly manner. With the exception of the"signing meeting" all of our introductory and planning sessions were conducted over Zoom/Teams, making the entire process highly efficient and supremely accommodating to our schedules. In addition, Lindsay worked diligently to meet our rather accelerated time needs on wrapping up our estate plan. We interviewed a number of estate planning attorneys to whom we were referred by professional peers and friends, and are delighted to have found Lindsey. Lindsey helped my husband and I with our estate planning documents (trusts, wills, retirement and insurance beneficiary forms, applicable health and financial powers of attorney, etc.).
