I suffered a broken knee from a bad fall, the place I feel was a tourist attraction and did not have any caution signs or any type of warning of the area, showing it was not a step. I felt this was not right so wanted to get a lawyer involved. This happened in Washington DC/Marland area. I live in North Carolina, so I contacted a lawyer in NC, but since the accident occurred in MD, they referred to me Monty Yolles (Yolles Legal Group) in MD. I wasn't sure what would happen, Monty took my case and set the expectations from the beginning, speaking with him, I felt very comfortable because he is so down to earth. He is very knowledgeable and smart, he ensured I understood the process and when it came to settlement time, he assured me it was my decision to settle, and I respected that, and I got a great settlement!! I would recommend Monty for any of your legal needs!

We went to Yolles Legal Group to get help with my dad’s car collision. We choose Yolles Legal Group because one of my father’s friend recommended Monty. My fathers friend hired Monty for his car collision and Monty was able to help him with the process. So we decided to go to with the Yolles Legal Group. From our first meeting, Monty explained everything to us in terms we could easily understand and was always very responsive when we had questions outside of our meetings. Even though my fathers case was extremely complicated, Monty took our case. He handled all our paperworks, and we did not have to worry about anything at all. I only consulted Monty on the phone for my traffic case: he said I would be fine defending myself and that I didn't need him, and he was right. I was unsure because it was my first time in any courtroom. He talked through strategy clearly and I felt confident going in. He then refused to take any payment and I had to insist. It's amazing there are such lawyers around in this day and age. Highly recommend him.

Six months after being involved in an auto accident, I had already been to several doctors and physical therapy and the bills were being paid by the other party's insurance. However, I was inundated with paperwork from several sources (doctors, my health insurance, the insurance covering the accident) and the insurance company kept calling me. I needed an attorney, but didn't know one. I had interviewed other lawyers who were suboptimal and dismissive, so by the time I got to Monty, I was highly frustrated and distrustful of anything a lawyer had to say. Monty returned my call the evening of the same day I left a message at his office. From the initial phone call, he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and treated me with respect. In addition, he had a great sense of humor. I was instantly at ease. I was able to get an initial discussion within a few days (due to my schedule demands) and he clearly laid out the information I needed to provide him and set my expectations for that discussion.
