I contacted Kim and described my situation after my ex husband filled a frivolous lawsuit against me. The lawsuit included a request to modify the custody arrangements which he and I had already agreed to be in the best interest of our children. Kim listened sincerely and worked strategically to quickly get the case dismissed. I would most certainly seek Kim's representation again in any similar situations.

Hello, I'm writing this review after I attended Maryland court alone today, after Kim Boettger decided to not move forward with case. I'm involved with a child custody case where the mother tested positive for meth, marijuana and 4+ prescription pills to treat anxiety. The mother also crashed vehicle with my son in car when she was under the influence. I was seeking full custody due to these events. I personally live in Virginia, where I first approached court to file request of full custody and protective order from mother our son. Virginia court granted to temporary protective order, after the mother tested positive in Virginia court. Then we had to move the trial to Maryland court since mother's residence is in Bethesda, MD. When I hired Kim Boettger, I asked her repeatedly to ask for a drug screen on both parents in Maryland court. I know my test would come out negative as a responsible 41-year-old adult. My new attorney Kim continued to say, " I got it, I got it". It turns out, Kim didn't get it. Once the child custody hearing took place, Kim then persuaded me not to request drug screen from mother since it was " invasive ". in her terms. I eventually had to settle for joint custody, not full custody even after mother has proven drug problem with recent car crash and positive drug test in Virginia court. This proves to me Kim Boettger is a biased attorney only favoring woman in this case since drug screen was not pursued in my clear-cut custody matter. I wouldn't recommend any man to hire Kim Boettger. Buyer beware. Plus, Kim never returns emails and calls. Not a good lawyer and not worth the investment.
