Jim Hyatt is an excellent estate attorney and keeps up to date with the new laws and regulations.. He is easy to talk to and suggests options depending on your situation. I strongly recommend him and have done so to my friends.

Jim has worked with our family for close to ten years now with estate planning and setting up both living trusts and irrevocable trusts.
