David was able to use his knowledge and experience to accurately assess my situation and develop a plan for my divorce that satisfied both myself and the opposing party. My divorce started out a very emotional situation (me being very frustrated with my ex), and by the end, with David's help and professionalism, I was making decisions based on facts, not anger, and if there is such a thing as a "friendly divorce," I had one! He was professional throughout the entire divorce process, and his team explained every step so that there were no surprises. Another benefit of having David as an attorney is that he always considers how decisions affect any children involved. The children are always central to any advice that is given, so there is a level of trust that is built for his recommendations.

While pricey, what lawyer isn't? David took care of the entire process with complete confidentiality achieving the result that I wanted. The entire process for me was fairly stress free.

David Marquardt is an excellent attorney. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and handles himself in a court room very well. I never had a problem contacting him and he always returned my emails and calls. I don't remember one time he did not respond to a question of mine. He is extremely (and I can't stress this enough) detailed. One of the great things was we never discussed money other than our initial meeting. I also appreciated that he trusted my judgement as the custodial parent. Though he advised me of my options along each turn, he never once trying to force me to go a direction I didn't want to. As a father, that was refreshing. I told him my goals and why, and he got what I needed and what my children needed. He takes his business serious but David is very approachable. I always felt comfortable talking to him and he never talked down to me. Whenever I need family law help, I plan to call Mr. Marquardt. I'd recommend him to anyone, especially fathers. You'd be hard pressed to find someone better; he is top notch.

I have nothing but glowing reviews for Mr. Marquardt. I retained him to handle my separation and divorce (with children involved), and can confirm he did an excellent job of communicating, with both myself, and the other parties involved, and with meticulous detail sorted out all of the pertinent issues and complications involved in any divorce where children are concerned (visitation, allocation of costs, insurance, travel, extracurricular activities, etc. etc.). I have even used much of the information he provided as guidance to others when they go to retain representation to make sure they ask detailed questions that could prove to be a major hassle if left unanswered through the divorce process. Mr. Marquardt is a superior lawyer, I have sent several clients his way, and fully intend to do so in the future so they can be represented by the best.

I retained Mr. Marquardt (Dave) almost 2 years ago in a Breach of Contract suite against Design B Studios for their failure to pay me monies owed, as I am 30% owner in that corporation. Dave has been a pitbull in pursuit of the Design B CEO & owner (Brian Reynolds), having defrauded me out of well over $50,000. While I have documentation to prove it, Dave has been stellar in assurring Design B that we patiently await their appearance in court. While Design B has continued to be delinquent on their payment of money's owed, and has failed in their responsibility to take blame for their fraudulent activity, Dave's knowledge of applicable laws in this case and his detailed strategic plans are above and beyond what I believe what one can expect from an attorney. When and if DesignB appears in Circuit Court, or any court they wish to engage in related legal matters, you can bet Mr. Marquardt will be at the ready to provide their fraud beyond any reasonable doubt. My perception of Dave is he is a well-trained litigator, very fair in charging for his time, detailed in his monthly invoices, and a strong voice in such turbid affairs as Breach of Contract. He is strategic in his thinking and execution, serving to put his clients first. He is prompt and responsive in his return of phone calls and emails, and really pays attention to his clients needs. He is not out to pad his pockets by charging outrageous fees, but charges fairly for the outstanding service he provides. Don't believe any naysayers regarding Mr. Marquardt, they simply haven't taken the time to know him or see him in action. Mr. Marquardt will be my attorney for life.
