Money grabbers with no intention to help. Trying to expedite a family law discrepancy in order to move to another state, we advised Magaly Bittner we were in a rush. She advised it shouldn’t be an issue to accomplish what we were looking to do. Well, it’s a little bit hard to accomplish a rush situation when your lawyer doesn’t respond. We ended up having to give up the opportunity in another state because she didn’t get back to us in reasonable amounts of time. On top of that, every email, phone call, and response was another charge. What really sent me over the edge was after she failed to help in any way, we received a final email “is this case dropped?” Yes, it is dropped, because of your lack of effort. The opportunity was lost, and it’s too late. That email was $30. For her to ask us if we were done pursuing this because of her lack of response. Family law is already set up in a way that domestic abusers, and women suffer at the hands of the law. I always thought lawyers were the one who were supposed to help serve justice. What Mrs. Bittner and this case has taught me is that always and the law are all just a way to con the working class. Justice will never be served when you have people who just don’t care working your case. I had hoped a female lawyer would be different, and help support fellow women in this world.

HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED VIA PHONE CALL

I recived a protective order on Saturday from my ex- wife with the hearing on Tuesday.i called Mr Eric on monday not only he prepared a strong and detail case with very little help from me. At hearing not only the protective order was denied ,all the serious accusation against me were successfully counter by Mr.Eric leaving the opposing attorney confused and frustrated. I would highly recommend Mr. Eric as attorney for all your legal matter...definitely he did a miracle for me in one day and he can do the same for you Thank you Again Mr Eric God bless you P.S Mr Eric did the same thing for me as to what Johnny Depp lawyer did for him

I retained Mr. Ruben two years ago to help finalize a straight forward parenting plan after separating from my son’s dad (my son was 3 years old then) where I would get primary custody and shared legal but then my son’s dad surprised me by having me served asking for him and his wife to have sole custody. My world was turned upside down and I felt completely lost, especially since I made less than half of what my ex made and how I was going to afford legal representation. For two years, Mr. Ruben and his wonderful team stood by me. They advised on exactly what to do and treated me more like family than just a client. In April of 2022, after a tiring 4 day trial, I was awarded primary physical custody and sole legal of my now 5 year old son! To top it all off, my son’s dad was ordered to pay my legal fees. That’s how good Mr. Ruben is! I cannot thank him and his team enough and know that the outcome could have been much different if not for Mr. Ruben!

Call about custody and they responded and said we will call u back but not sure how long it's going to be. Not a good first impression for being the best law office.
