I worked with Mr. Murnane on my accident case. After the accident I began the process of picking up all the pieces and putting my disrupted life back together. I needed help and getting better was my first priority. I dumped the details on his desk and Mr. Murnane and his team took over. I can go on and on but all I need to say is Mr. Murnane will work hard for you and he will fight for you. I will refer and choose him for any legal issues I may have in the future.

Didn't do squat to help me. Did not gather any information to help my case and did not get my charges dropped as promised. He was very rude and arrogant to top it off. I waisted all my money and he went in there armed with nothing and I got nothing but a bill.

Peter O'Neill was excellent! He came highly recommended and it paid off.

Peter has saved me twice and he's very knowledgeable, honest (some people dont want to hear that) organized and extremely professional. He got me out of two binds. One was traffic related in 2000 and again in Oct 2016 on a peace order I violated. After we won in court, his office assisted me with getting my records expunged. I am also a business owner and my opinion is Mr O'Neill goes over and beyond expectations.

UPDATE: Well, after settling, I get a major, couple thousand dollar bill from a medical provider. It seems that they sent the bill to Murnane & O’Neill, as requested by the office, multiple times before sending it to me about a year later. I contacted the office on multiple occasions to see what could be done, as I was never made privy to this bill, as all my bills were to be sent directly to them (some did come my way and I made sure they were settled - this one didn’t). The paralegal wasn’t quite understanding what I was talking about as she wasn’t getting that this was a bill they never put on the breakdown, BUT that the provider had notices sent to them regarding this one - without my medical insurance taken into consideration based on my being told by another attorney at the office to not give that to the various medical professionals. I asked to speak directly to Mr. Murnane on multiple occasions and was always told I’d hear back but received no call backs. I ended up paying the bill to avoid it going to collections - figured I’d cut my losses given that the office wasn’t too bothered by the mistake they made. I don’t think I’ll consider them again if I have a similar matter occur. After being hit by an uninsured driver, Mr. Murnane fought hard to get my medical expenses reimbursed, as well as making sure I was compensated for pain and suffering. I’ve been blown away by how great this office has been and will look to them in the future should the need arise!

Peter O'neil Does NOT spend time to fully help clients. Always rushing clients in and out his office. Peter Oneill does quantity over quality!!! He Rather take Plea Deals than to fully review to Help & Exonerate the client effecting their life and livelihood for their future. He has POOR communication with keeping clients informed on their case. He 's too comfortable over the years as a lawyer with telling the client anything just to get their hard earned money and not provide proper representation & service for them. Not to mention a not soo Pleasant attitude when talking to clients. Its Badd Careless Lawyers like Peter O'neill which is the Reason why many innocent people who don't know their rights or are Not knowledgeable about law are given a Badd ordeal and stuck with hardships in and out of the Judicial system keeping Badd Lawyers Rich to do horrible jobs.
