Called due to some DUI issues and spoke with Stephanie. She explained everything to me. She has WONDERFUL communication of the law. Would DEFINITELY recommend to any of my friends of family!

I had this firm handle my case back in 2019. My attorney did the bare minimum. The police had apparently filed something wrong and my attorney took that at their opportunity to get things dismissed with a "stet", leaving things still on my record. I could've done a better job defending myself for thousands less, the charges made against me had false claims of surveillance evidence that was never provided because it didn't exist. My attorney was rude to me literally hushed me and said "you're lucky you're getting away with this" while I wasn't found guilty I still have to explain my history to future employers. Furthermore I had extensive contact with the firm about my case prior to the court date and I was reassured everything looked good, when the date came my lawyer acted like they were blind sided and this was all new information to them and as I said earlier they treated me like I was guilty, when prior to the court date they were singing a different tune. I waited so long to post my review because I was worried they'd need to handle terms of my stet but that's over now, so here's my truth. Definitely find someone else. And they do have a high turn over, my attorney doesn't even work there anymore. -I'm looking forward to the argumentive response to my negative review like I'm seeing on all the other negative reviews for them, very professional... I wish I would've done more research. I'm surprised with their high raking. Probably from easier cases and richer clients. I wouldn't be surprised if there were fake accounts as well giving them good reviews (they argue it's the other way around on negative reviews 😆)

Horrible service, I don’t recommend at all. Hired those guys to expunge charges, paid them and they spent 6 months filling up a form that takes less than five minutes, eventually I had to go to court and file it myself for free even though the firm charged me $35 other than the $750 that was paid for the service, when the form it self is absolutely free..couldn’t get my money and thinking about taking them to court. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Update: Replying to you, no I didn’t get my money back. And yes it only took me five minutes to file the form, and it took the court house less than a week to approve my request and send me the copy back without your name mentioned.

I’m at a loss of words what can I say Tom Maronick did the impossible at my MVA hearing. No action taken on my CDL license.
