Mr. Garland Hall represented me in family court. I retained Mr. Hall on very short notice and he handled the particulars in a timely and professional manner! He is also reasonable in terms of price. I will recommend Garland C. Hall to anyone who is in need of a family court lawyer.

I found this office and Kelley through a Google search for divorce lawyers so I thought it would be good to help anyone else out who is also in a similar situation. I am so glad that I have Kelley as my lawyer. She knows what she's doing and does her best to help when you might not be making the best decions for yourself. She's honest and will tell you exactly the way things are. Kelley will work with you and guide you, answer whatever questions you might have. She ultimately is very professional, personable and I felt very secure in this process with her by my side.

I chose this law office because of the reviews originally so I wanted to make sure I made my own. I am out of state and needed an Attorney for a difficult Divorce/Custody case. When I first called I spoke with Kelley right away and explained the situation. Her and I knew it would be a long and ongoing process but she was up for the challenge. Kelley and her staff worked hard on my case and were always very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. At no point did I ever question retaining this firm to represent me. I am extremely grateful for her dedication and her knowledge. My divorce/custody case was strenuous and extremely tasking at the same time. Kelley was there every step of the way and I would highly recommend her to anyone! She is wonderful to work with and I'm very thankful for everything that she accomplished.

Kelley worked with me on my custody hearing and helped me retain custody of my son. As a man, having and keeping custody wasn't an easy task, but she accomplished it with ease. Can't thank her enough.

Kelley was attentive and responsive to my concerns throughout my case. She is knowledgeable and researched questions thoroughly. Opposing council was largely very difficult to deal with. Kelley remained firm yet professional and respectful in her dealings with them. We settled our case prior to trial, so I have not seen her in court. There are not enough stars on this page to rate Mr. Garland Hall and the excellent service he provides. As a person who analyze business programs for a living, his business is superior, legit and creditable. I am so happy that my Husband and I were able to meet him and retain him as his child custody lawyer. As many may know, it is hard to find a lawyer to represent a father with the myth that the father only want custody to get out of taking care of his child. Mr. Hall knew right away that my Husband was not that type of person and genuinely wanted to be in his daughter's life. While representing my Husband, Mr. Hall was so efficient and effective during the case that it concluded at the mediation table. He exposed the mother so much that she back peddled and asked not to be pursued any further. Legally, as a step-mother, I did not have a voice in the matter but Mr. Hall made sure my voice was heard and included every creditable fact that was compiled and documented. Not only did he get my Husband's child support reduced, he checks in on us to see how things are going. I have not heard of many lawyers who would do that. Mr. Hall is very patience, attentive and I would recommend him to anyone who has a child custody issue, especially fathers who are honestly and truly in their child's life. He is affordable and very passionate in his work. If you think his price is too much, read this post again, HE IS WORTH THE MONEY. He is honest and will not hide anything from you. Even it is something you do not want to hear. We have him on speed dial, in case we need him again.

I went to this Law Office with a super complicated and difficult child custody/support case. Ms. Spigel informed me that it would be an uphill battle, she did not hesitate on taking my case. Ms. Spigel kept me informed through the entire process and this office worked with me with the payments. At the hearings I felt like my rights as a father were voiced by Ms. Spigel, she left no stone unturned. She made sure during the support hearings that I was not taken advantage of and that fair support was ordered. I would recommend anyone needing a family attorney to this firm, I cannot say enough positive things about this firm. Thank you Ms. Spigel and Mr. Hall for creating the firm that she represents.
