Once they were retained they got the process rolling. They were great with helping me understand everything I was facing with a dui charge. Their recommendations before court put me in a great position in the eye of the judge. This was my first Charge and they were very familiar with the Charles county court. I was represented by Patrick Low, He was awesome.

My first contact with this law firm was positive and great. The intake lawyer was supportive, knowledgeable, and understanding. I wish I could remember her name because she was the reason why I decided to go with group, and I really wanted her as my lawyer through my process. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. I end up a different lawyer NC. At first, he seems good but that was further from the truth. At my first court proceeding he was late. For whatever he would not give me a number to reach him; he just wanted to have contact through email or for me to call the office. This is fine if you are going to actually contact me which he didn’t. NC did not take any interest in learning who I am or to really hear about the details of my case. When I tried to talk to him about my case or myself, he brushed it off. It seems like he wanted to do the bare minimum for me and suggest that I take a stet for something I didn’t do. I felt defeated and did consider a stet. When I asked him how this would have an impact on me as far as working. Now this is where I should have fired him. He looked me in the eye and said you can probably still get a job at Wal Mart or Target. So let me give everyone some background about me. I have five degrees and have always had a professional job. Now what would make this man think that I work in retail… I don’t know. So, he put his appearance in for my case in October 2024, I didn’t hear from him until December. In between I had tried to reach out and he wasn’t responding. I had already paid my first payment in which I tried to get back but was told by Maronick that NC have started working on my case so they couldn’t refund me. He even told me that he would have NC call me the next day which NC did not call (this was in November 2024). At this point I feel like was stuck with NC as my lawyer. Finally, I was able to get in touch with him where he actually contacted me back (December 7, 2024). My trial was set in January 2025, I asked him what was going on and if he heard from the state attorney office. He asked me when my trial date is and I told him in January; he chuckle and said oh I thought it was this month. Then proceed to tell me that he doesn’t have a motion of discovery from the state. So, my thought is what were you doing this entire time. I believe that he didn’t work on my case and was set on me taking a stet. At that moment I realize that he didn’t care, and I cut ties with this law group. I hire a new lawyer who actually listen and understood me. He was able to get everything and had my case dropped before the trial date especially when the truth was finally exposed. I’m excited about my outcome but disappointed with NC. I would not blame this law firm entirely because I believe that they have some good lawyers. I also believe that if the first lawyer was my lawyer I would have had a great outcome as well. All I have to say is if your lawyer last name is Copper run or tried to get a switch. I'm giving them two stars because the intake lawyer was great and Moronic himself communicated. I don't care about the money I spend I just wanted a good lawyer.

I’m honestly sick and tired of this law firm , I called about 25 times and only 1 time I was transferred to the lawyer appointed, after all those calls I was supposed to get a call back and I yet received 1 call back . I call every day from Monday - Friday and I have screen shots of me calling and never receiving any calls back .

I really wish I could give lower than a 1 star. My experience with Maronick Law was HORRIBLE to say the least. ( I’m sure this will be a long review as I would like to give as many details that I can) I began my research looking for an attorney in June 2024. During the intake call I explained my case and was provided a flat fee for the service($650) with $250 as a deposit. After the call I was sent an email with a link to complete the deposit. In July 2024, I called the office back to confirm what I was told in June, I spoke with Cindy. She confirmed and advised once the deposit was made I will be contacted by an Attorney with 48-72 hours and they would email me a “contract”. 1 week after NOT hearing anything back I emailed her following up since I never heard anything. Another week pass by and still nothing. So I begin to call, honestly I probably called about 10 -15 times unbeknownst to me the office has a third party answer service who take messages for the office and tells you someone would return your call. Well that never happened. It was 3 weeks before my court case 9/11/2024 and I still haven’t heard anything. I called the office again this time pressing option (2) which say to press if you are calling from a Court. I was then transferred to the office manager. I explain my frustration with trying to get in contact with someone. She was apologetic. It was then she appointed Attorney Brian to my case. I talked to him on the phone and did zoom call to discuss the case same day. He told me he would submit the necessary paperwork to the courts stating they would be representing me. He told me once he received the body cam and dash cam footage he would contact me. 1 week prior to my court date I emailed him asking have he received the videos and asking should we sync prior to the court date. I didn’t get a response back so the day before 09/10/2024 I called the office back ( pressed option 2) was transferred back to the office manager again explaining my frustration with the lack of communication. At the time, Brian wasn’t in the office she ensured me he would give me a call back. At 4:55 pm I noticed I still hadn’t received a call back. So I called back pressed option 2, the office manager transferred me to Brian. We discussed the plan for court and I asked him the time I should arrive. He told me 11:20 am because the mid morning cases usually starts on time. Finally, the court day I got to the courthouse around 11:25am the judge was already on the bench. I look around do not see Brian. I emailed him asking his whereabouts. He arrived at 11:45am. It was time for the trial to start, Brian pulled out files from his Briefcase but none were mines. He was not prepared for the case at all. During the trail he said he requested the body cam and dash cam footage and judge said she didn’t see it. Brian stated it was section 8 of the document but again he didn’t have my file so section 8 did not have anything to do with evidence. In conclusion, he wasn’t prepared for the case. IMO he was not knowledgeable enough on the laws the Judge kept telling him the things he was asking could not be asked or could not be done because it was an officer there and not a state’s attorney. I would NEVER hire this office again. They email me asking for a 5 stars review when their service was POOR !

Tom got my bankruptcy case resolved beyond my wildest financial expectations. The guy really delivered. The awards on his wall says it all!

THE WORST LAW FIRM.... PERIOD!!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS $$$$.... Do yourself a favor, if your case is in Ocean City, hire Richard Brueckner, he's the REAL DEAL!!! Richard had my case dismissed and called me back immediately every single time. This is the convo I had with Tom, the owner, after the required $1K deposit: 1. When am I getting the remainder $1,500? 2. I do not have much time here, so I can't be on the phone too long. 3. With this Trump decision, I really have to get going!! The facts say it all.... they are all about the money.... took forever to hear back from them, and costed me $750 for a less than 15 minute phone call!! THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.... THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND RUN.... TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & MONEY !! BEWARE......
