The office is organized and clean. A very relaxing feel to me. I arrived very stressed and worried for my partner but after talking to Mr Keatts, i had a better idea of where we would end up. Things don't always go as planned, but he was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand ALL possible outcomes. He has been on point and present every time we needed him. I would definitely recommend using his office for any services you may need.

Mr. Keatts is an excellent, very down to earth attorney. I had previously seen Mr. Keatts defending his client during a trial and I was very impressed. Mr. Keatts was obviously not an attorney who would avoid trials which I liked very much. Mr. Keatts won his case that day by impeaching (exposing an untruthful) witness against his client. It was a very exciting case to watch as he was brilliant. Several months later I got a DUI and had remembered Mr. Keatts. I contacted him and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The outcome of that entire case was Nol Pros (no longer prosecute) I was shocked and extremely thankful to Mr. Keatts. Mr. Keatts will fight for his clients and you can not ask for a better attorney as he is awesome. He will walk you through everything and fight for you. I highly recommend Mr. James Keatts if you find yourself in legal trouble.

Mr. Ruben has been a continual help after my divorce in handling custody issues. After years of stress things are finally calm all thanks to his help. He responds after hours for emergencies and has always gone to bat for me in times of need. I highly recommend his services.

So this review is about # years over due! But I used Keatts services as a recommendation from an old friend. I was a little hesitant at first but Mannnnn was I wrong and relieved with how great of a job was done. I was charged with DUI and the whole case was odd and had a lot of holes in it. Not only did he help me win my case he made sure I took the steps prior to the case so when it was over nothing else was needed from me, Keatts had the states attorney stuttering and fumbling over her words. When it was all said and done all Keatts asked from me was a handshake and then my man walked off into the sunlight. Thank You again. Staff is always pleasant and every time we need their office they have done a great job

I wrote Mr. Mohink an inquiry e-mail via his website. He never responded, then sent me a marketing e-mail months later. I replied to his marketing email to tell him that he never responded to my first message. He replied by stating that he didn't recall my message and asked me what my issue was. I then spent quite a while carefully composing a message to him, to which he never replied. Now, today, I received another marketing e-mail from him. How insulting!
